"By the time I started going for dental appointments, I was an adult. I had this overwhelming fear of dentists because I don’t like pain. Even for a simple cleaning, I would find a reason to cancel the appointment.
Since the first time I was seen by Dr. Botsford, I can honestly say I have not had any apprehension. In fact, I had some major work done, and I’m a little embarrassed to say that I kept dozing off while the work was being done – that’s how relaxed I was!
I’m absolutely thrilled with the results – my teeth are in the best shape ever, and I find I smile a lot more. The care and attention to detail at Rainy Lake Family Dental is second to none.

"When I first started seeing Dr. Botsford, I think that anyone would have considered me to be a challenging patient. Due to self-inflicted nerves, I would get so anxious when I had to go to the dentist that I actually asked for a prescribed sedative and would take it before having any work done – I had to be dropped off and picked up every time.
